Business Manager

Our expanding Medical client is seeking multiple Account Executives throughout the United States! Exciting locations include: Jacksonville, FL, Baltimore, MD, Fort Worth, TX, San Fernando Valley, CA and Indianapolis, IN plus many more!
As a Business Manager you will represent the company to hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your area, as well as to families in need of care after being discharged from these facilities. Your main responsibilities include generating leads and facilitating move-ins to communities from your existing accounts. We are looking for someone who is motivated, eager to build relationships with healthcare professionals, and persistent in finding effective strategies to grow each account, ultimately helping more families find the care they require.
  • Work in a rapidly growing industry to assist families in finding suitable care when they urgently need it after leaving a hospital or skilled nursing facility
  • Meet your monthly target of families choosing a senior care option by generating daily qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts
  • Develop and expand your book of accounts to increase the volume of referrals in your area
  • Establish new contacts within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations, and follow up with referral sources to reinforce the value provided by the company
  • Educate families on their care options and how they can work with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the most appropriate senior living option upon discharge
  • Collaborate with partner Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet your monthly target of families moving into a community or availing in-home care services
  • Pilot new initiatives, tests, and processes (e.g., account scoring, CRM changes) in your area and provide feedback to enhance the tools and resources available to you
  • Preferably possess a bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to achieve targets
  • Successful experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic, and independent work environment, with a willingness to experiment, embrace change, and complete tasks
  • Highly driven and committed to learning and self-improvement, with a competitive mindset
  • Able to travel locally within your territory for five days a week
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with various stakeholders
  • Effective time management skills
  • Prior healthcare or hospital sales experience is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Additional Information

  • You will be in the field daily, working with your Regional Director to create your weekly account plan and nurture and expand your accounts, ultimately meeting your monthly targets
  • Your field work will include scheduled presentations, calls, and spontaneous visits to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and discharged patients
