Sales Representative

Our expanding Healthcare organization is hiring multiple Sales Representatives across the United States!

As a Sales Representative, you will be the primary contact for hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your assigned area. You will also work with families who are being discharged from the facilities as we continue to grow our business. Your main responsibility will be to generate leads and increase move-ins to our communities from your list of accounts. We are looking for someone who is eager, enthusiastic about building relationships with healthcare professionals, and persistent in finding the most effective strategies to grow each account and assist more families in finding the necessary care.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a rapidly developing industry to help families in urgent need of care locate the right community or in-home care agency as they transition from hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
  • Achieve your target quota of families selecting a senior care option each month by generating qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts on a daily basis
  • Create, manage, and expand your list of accounts to increase referral volume in your designated area
  • Establish new contacts within each account by means of networking, making cold calls, and delivering service presentations. Follow up with each referral source to reinforce the value we provide through tracking discharge outcomes
  • Educate families on their care alternatives and how they will collaborate with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to identify the most suitable senior living option upon discharge
  • Collaborate with your partner Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to achieve your targeted quota of families moving into a community or hiring in-home care services
  • Implement and provide feedback on new initiatives, tests, and processes (e.g., account scoring, CRM changes) in your area to enhance the tools and resources at your disposal

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of experience in outside sales as an individual contributor
  • Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales quotas while collaborating with other teams
  • Proven ability to present to target customers and overcome objections
  • Thrive in an independent, fast-paced, and dynamic environment and willing to take on new processes and tasks to get the job done
  • A strong desire to learn and improve along with a competitive mindset
  • Local travel within your designated area required (five days a week)
  • Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Highly preferred experience in healthcare or hospital sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)

Additional Information

Schedule

  • You will be in the field on a daily basis, working with your Regional Director to develop your weekly account plan. This plan will involve nurturing and expanding your accounts to meet your monthly targets
  • Your fieldwork will include scheduled presentations at accounts, calls, and impromptu visits to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and the patients who are about to be discharged
