Sales Manager

Our expanding Healthcare organization is seeking multiple Sales Managers in various locations across the United States!
As a Sales Manager, you will be the representative of the company for hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your assigned area, as well as for families who are being discharged. Our goal is to grow the business by generating leads and facilitating moves to our communities from your portfolio of accounts. We are looking for individuals who are driven, enthusiastic about building relationships with healthcare professionals, and persistent in finding the most effective strategies to expand each account and help more families discover the care they need.
Responsibilities

  • Operate in a fast-paced and growing industry to assist families in urgent need of care in finding the right senior living community or in-home care agency as they transition out of hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
  • Meet monthly quota by generating daily qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts
  • Develop, manage, and expand your portfolio of accounts to increase the volume of referrals in your territory
  • Establish new contacts within each account through networking, cold calling, and service presentations. Follow up with each referral source to reinforce the value that our company provides
  • Educate families about their care options and explain how they will work with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the most suitable senior living arrangement after discharge
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet your monthly quota of families moving into a community or hiring in-home care
  • Participate in piloting new initiatives, tests, and processes (e.g., account scoring, CRM changes) in your territory. Provide feedback to enhance the tools and resources at your disposal

Qualifications

  • Preferably have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Possess three or more years of experience in outside sales as an individual contributor
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and effectively collaborating with other teams
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations to target customers and overcome objections
  • Thrives in an autonomous and rapidly changing environment and is willing to actively engage in testing new processes
  • Highly motivated to learn and improve, with a strong competitive mindset
  • Ability to travel locally in your assigned territory (5 days a week)
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, across all levels
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Prior experience in healthcare/hospital sales is highly desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM system (Salesforce knowledge is preferred)

Additional Information
Schedule

  • You will be in the field daily, working with your Regional Director to develop your weekly account plan. This plan will help you build, nurture, and expand your accounts to achieve your monthly targets
  • Your fieldwork will include scheduled presentations at accounts, phone calls, and spontaneous visits to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and discharged patients
