Sales Manager

Our expanding Healthcare client is hiring more than 80 Account Executives throughout the United States!
As an AE, you will represent our company, engaging with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your assigned area and assisting families who are transitioning from these facilities as we advance our business. Your responsibilities include generating leads and facilitating move-ins to communities from your portfolio of accounts. You possess a strong drive, thrive on establishing relationships with healthcare professionals, and are persistent in discovering the most effective strategies to expand each account, thus assisting more families in finding the necessary care.

Responsibilities

  • Operate within a rapidly evolving industry to connect families urgently seeking care with the appropriate senior living communities or in-home care agencies as they transition from hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
  • Fulfill your monthly quota by obtaining daily qualified patient referrals from the accounts assigned to your market plan
  • Develop, manage, and expand your accounts to increase the volume of referrals in your designated region
  • Cultivate new contacts within each account by means of networking, cold calling, and delivering service presentations. Furthermore, follow up with each referral source to assess outcomes upon discharge, reinforcing the value our company delivers
  • Educate families on their care options and the collaborative process between them, you, and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor in order to identify the most suitable senior living options upon discharge
  • Collaborate with your partner Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to fulfill your monthly quota of families transitioning into communities or employing in-home care services
  • Conduct trials of new initiatives, tests, and processes (e.g., account scoring, CRM modifications) within your region and provide feedback to enhance the tools and resources at your disposal

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of experience in outside sales as an individual contributor
  • Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to achieve such success
  • Proven experience in delivering presentations to target customers and effectively addressing objections
  • Thrives in an independent, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, with a willingness to take on various tasks, experiment with new processes, and accomplish the job
  • Highly motivated to learn and improve, with a strong competitive approach
  • Ability to travel within your assigned territory on a daily basis (5 days per week)
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, and at all levels
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Highly preferred experience in healthcare/hospital sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)

Additional Information


Schedule

  • Your work will primarily be in the field, collaborating with your Regional Director on a weekly basis to construct your account plan. This plan will aim to build, nurture, and expand your accounts in order to fulfill your monthly targets
  • Activities in the field will include scheduled presentations at accounts, phone calls, and impromptu visits to meet with case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and discharged patients
