Sales Rep

Our growing Healthcare client is hiring 80+ Account Executives across Unites States!
Join our team as a Sales Representative in Dayton, OH and be the face of the company in your assigned territory. Your role will involve building relationships with healthcare professionals and generating leads to help families find the care they need.
Responsibilities

  • Assist families in finding suitable senior care options as they transition from hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
  • Achieve monthly quota by generating qualified patient referrals from your assigned accounts
  • Grow your book of accounts and increase referral volume in your territory
  • Establish new contacts through networking, cold calls, and presentations
  • Educate families on their care options and how to work with a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to help families move into communities or hire in-home care
  • Pilot new initiatives, tests, and processes in your territory and provide feedback

Qualifications

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum three years of outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, independent environment
  • Strong desire to learn and improve
  • Willingness to travel locally in your territory
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Prior healthcare/hospital sales experience is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems

Schedule

  • Create and execute weekly account plans with the guidance of your Regional Director
  • Conduct scheduled presentations, calls, and impromptu meetings with healthcare professionals
