Construction Warranty Manager

Our client is currently hiring for the role of Construction Warranty Manager in Monroe, NC.

This position requires an individual who can effectively address homeowners’ concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills. They should also have the ability to interact professionally with customers, subcontractors, and builders.

– Evaluate, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners

– Ensure all repairs meet the high standards set by Signature Homes

– Conduct walk-through inspections with homeowners to address concerns

– Monitor and maintain the repair schedule

– Perform minor repairs as needed


– High School diploma or GED

– At least 5 years of experience in construction trades

– 5+ years of experience in residential new construction (preferred)
