Experience & Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 15 years experience in Commercial, Industrial, or Multifamily Construction
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven success in senior leadership roles, including 5+ years as senior leader of a $50-250M+ construction company
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise
  • Experience with an employee-owned company or ESOP is a plus
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth
  • Expand business to the Southern Division
  • Enhance self-perform operations
  • Allocate resources effectively
  • Drive process improvement and cost reduction
  • Leverage technology for efficiency
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics for improvement
  • Mitigate operational risks
  • Collaborate with CEO and CFO on business strategies
  • Facilitate smooth communication and coordination
  • Provide safety leadership
  • Participate in business development efforts
  • Evaluate and develop team members


  • Salary Range up to $230K
  • Vehicle Allowance of $1200/month + Gas Card
  • 20% Bonus Incentive
