Home Construction Lead


(Position for Custom Home Building)

Location: Fredericksburg, VA

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in custom residential construction, preferably in managing multiple new-home projects in various locations.
  • Must be capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously (typically 5-10), with average construction costs ranging from $390,000 up to $550,000 or more.
  • Demonstrates a track record of at least 5 years in successfully leading operations and projects in new construction.
  • Exhibits strong team-building and excellent communication skills when interacting with customers and owners.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Competitive Salary & Bonus Structure (Salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 based on experience, plus bonus)
  • Bonus of $500 to $1,000 for each completed home
