Shift Maintenance Leader

Applicant must have previous experience in a leadership role.

Overseeing and enforcing the Company Safety Program to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Managing, mentoring, and assessing maintenance technicians to foster an efficient team.

Preserving, fixing, and resolving issues with various machinery, including PLCs, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Implementing maintenance programs that prioritize prevention and prediction for enhanced efficiency and dependability.

Collaborating with support teams to carry out projects aligned with company initiatives.

Advocating for cleanliness and organization through the implementation of 5S and housekeeping initiatives.

Remaining updated on current and forthcoming technologies to drive innovation and enhancement.

Desirable qualifications for this position:

A high school diploma or GED.

Five years of relevant experience in skilled trades, including supervisory positions.

Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and robotics.

The ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams.

Experience with CMMS applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
