Accounts Rep

Our expanding Healthcare organization is hiring over 80 Account Representatives across different locations in the United States!
As an Accounts Rep, you will serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your assigned area, as well as for the families transitioning out of these facilities. Your main responsibility is to generate leads and facilitate move-ins to communities from your existing client base. We are looking for individuals who are driven, enthusiastic about building relationships with healthcare professionals, and persistent in finding the most effective strategies to expand each account and help more families access the care they require.
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in a dynamic and rapidly growing industry to assist families in urgent need of care to find suitable senior care options or in-home care agencies as they transition out of a hospital or skilled nursing facility
  • Achieve your monthly quota by generating qualified patient referrals from the accounts outlined in your market plan, ensuring that families make informed decisions about senior care
  • Build, maintain, and expand your client base to increase the number of referrals generated in your designated area
  • Establish new connections within each account through networking, cold calling, and delivering service presentations. Follow up with referral sources to reinforce the value our company provides
  • Educate families on the available care options and the collaborative efforts between you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor in order to find the most suitable senior living option following discharge
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet the quota of families moving into communities or seeking in-home care
  • Participate in piloting new initiatives, tests, and procedures (e.g., account scoring, CRM modifications) within your area and provide feedback to enhance the tools and resources at your disposal


  • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of three years of experience in outside sales as an individual contributor
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and working collaboratively with other teams
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations to target customers and effectively address objections
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is comfortable working independently. Willingness to try new processes and take a hands-on approach to complete tasks
  • Hunger for personal growth and improvement with a competitive mindset
  • Ability to travel extensively within your assigned area (five days per week)
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Highly preferred: Previous experience in healthcare or hospital sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM system (preferably Salesforce)

Additional Information


  • Your daily activities will mainly take place in the field, where you will work with your Regional Director to create your weekly account plan. This plan will help you build, nurture, and expand your accounts to meet your monthly targets
  • Fieldwork includes scheduled presentations at accounts, making calls, and spontaneous visits to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and patients who are about to be discharged
