HR Senior Specialist

This role, under the guidance of the Regional Manager of Human Resources, offers the opportunity to be a part of a three-person team that will support a workforce of 200 individuals across multiple plants. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of this dynamic organization.

  • Manage multiple plant locations: Allocate your time among various locations, some on the same premises and others a short drive away. All plants operate within a single shift.

Who you are:
  • An experienced HR professional with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of professional HR experience.
  • PHR certification is highly desirable, although passion and expertise in HR are paramount.
  • Highly competent in supporting manufacturing operations. Extra credit for handling multiple plants!
  • Experienced in various HR disciplines.
  • An expert in leading recruitment efforts.
  • Proficient in managing safety programs and well-versed in safety best practices and OSHA regulations.
  • A communication ninja: You possess clear articulation in both written and verbal communication, connecting effectively with all levels of management.
  • Action-oriented empathy: You actively listen, respond promptly, and advocate for employee well-being.
  • Highly motivated and driven by a customer service mindset.
Our client prefers candidates who are local or easily commutable. Relocation support can be considered.
