As the Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations during three shifts. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement efforts and implement production processes.

Role Summary

• Manage both salaried and hourly workers in a unionized production facility
• As a proactive leader, bring teams together to enhance manufacturing KPIs and bottom-line outcomes within production operations
• Enhance consistency in the documentation, implementation, and sustainability of manufacturing processes through training, standard work, and structured approaches
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost KPIs in cost, quality, fill, and productivity
• Utilize lean tools to simplify production operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
• Ideally, 5 or more years of progressively advanced leadership experience in manufacturing
• Experience working in a unionized manufacturing setting
• Strong background in utilizing lean and Six Sigma methods to drive improvements
• Ability to influence and empower others through effective communication skills
