  1. New Model Assistance:
    • Collaborate on new model initiatives to ensure smooth integration.
  2. Mass Production Advocate:
    • Support mass production procedures, maintaining quality standards.
  3. Supplier Partnership:
    • Work closely with suppliers to maintain quality expectations.
  4. Service Excellence:
    • Ensure quality consistency in activities related to services.
  5. Warranty Oversight:
    • Tackle warranty-related quality problems promptly.
  6. Metrology Proficiency:
    • Contribute to metrology engineering initiatives.
  7. Sorting Supervision:
    • Effectively manage sorting activities.


  • Experience:
    • Proficiency in Quality Tools Training (SPC).
    • Familiarity with production processes.
    • Strong technical skills.
    • Problem-solving ability.
  • Education:
    • Three to four years of experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in a supervisory position).
    • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.


  • Physical Demands:
    • Comfortable with keyboarding, sitting, walking, and standing.
    • Adaptable to flexible work hours.
    • Willingness to travel on short notice.
    • Ability to lift and move gages and parts.
    • Successful completion of Farns Muncell Color Hue Evaluation and Ishihara Color Blindness Evaluation.
  • Equipment Usage:
    • Proficient in using computers, copiers, metrology equipment, and fax machines.
  • Mental/Cognitive Skills:
    • Effective communication across diverse backgrounds.
    • Thrives under stress and meets deadlines.
    • Excellent project management and prioritization abilities.
    • Quick adaptation to changing work requirements.
    • Strong attendance record.
    • Team player with leadership qualities.
    • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
    • Skilled in following written and verbal directions.
    • Adept at problem-solving.

Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
