Pricing Analyst

Cost & Pricing Manager


·Creates tools and analytics to optimize and support customer pricing, including improving the current pricing model.

·Manages and develops a small team of direct reports.

·Creates pricing concepts, methods, processes, and tools to improve internal pricing transparency.

·Establishes a global language and understanding for pricing within the organization.

·Leads the development of pricing strategies to ensure optimal pricing.

·Builds capabilities and skills in personnel to fulfill pricing roles and responsibilities.

·Drives continuous improvement and enhancement in pricing processes.

·Shares best practices and recommends strategies to achieve leading capabilities in pricing.

·Enhances the profit and pricing tool (GPT) to establish the expected benefit for a given price for a product or system.

·Develops metrics to measure improvements in pricing management.


·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field required; advanced degree is a plus.

·At least 7 years of work experience in Financial Analysis/Pricing

·Strong influence skills in a non-authoritative role.

·Effective communication and interaction with all levels of personnel, management, and customers, including presentations.

Ability to foster organizational alignment.

Highly skilled in analyzing and translating complex information into a strategy.

Proficient in using and learning various IT tools, including databases and Excel

Demonstrated competencies in project management, entrepreneurial drive, analytical thinking, strategic thinking, organization awareness, business acumen, and attention to detail.
