Salary Range:$125,000.00 To 150,000.00 Annually

Our company has more than three decades of experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction; with over 15 years of experience in Lifesciences Engineering and Compliance Consulting. We are a company owned by employees with opportunities for career advancement.

Our office located in Alpharetta, GA is in need of a Sr. Project Manager to assist in the development of companies’ growing electrical power and control systems solutions.

Work Experience:

Over 8 years of project management experience in the engineering industry; preference for candidates with electrical power and control systems experience.

Key Qualities:

  • Experience in construction management and project controls is desirable.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Ability to work independently, but also willing to seek guidance when necessary
  • Basic understanding of sound engineering principles and practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities

Educational Requirements:

Preference for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired


  • Overall Project Management responsibilities for one or more projects including identifying opportunities, generating proposals, project kickoff, execution, and closeout
  • Ensuring safety, quality, scope, budget, and schedule aspects of projects are effectively managed
  • Developing new opportunity proposals, estimates, and relevant documentation
  • Leading project kickoff, execution, and closeout using standardized company tools/processes/procedures; including development and maintenance of job safety analysis, budget, schedule, cost tracking/analysis/forecasting, change order management, client updates, progress meetings, etc.
  • Collaborating with internal technical team members to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of technical project scope, including participating in development and reviewing technical deliverables
  • Coordinating with Division leadership to identify and resolve resource constraints promptly
  • Supporting the implementation of the company’s Quality Management & Best Practices program within assigned projects
  • Supporting the implementation of the company’s NFPA 70E Electrical Awareness & Training program within assigned projects
  • Handling client support calls, including after hours, to facilitate resource assignment, identify and address issues in a timely manner
  • Traveling an average of 25% with a willingness to travel by air
