Tox Sales Executive

Experience in selling toxicology testing is a must for this position.
The responsibilities of the Toxicology Sales Executive include discovering new opportunities to increase sales of the product, investigating and resolving customer complaints, and negotiating sales terms with customers in a strategic manner to finalize the sale. You should also take the necessary steps to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the latest clinical data provided by the company.

To excel as a Toxicology Sales Executive, you must stay updated on the newest developments in medical legislation to determine their impact on the company’s sales. This role requires the Territory Sales Representative to demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, customer service skills, and consultative sales skills in order to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities of a Medical Sales Representative:

  • Scheduling appointments with prospective and existing customers.
  • Presenting company products to both prospective and existing customers.
  • Evaluating the needs of customers and suggesting the company’s most suitable products to fulfill those needs.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers through outstanding post-sales service.
  • Participating in industry events, training sessions, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
  • Researching competitors’ products, prices, and market success.
  • Preparing sales reports, territory analyses, and submitting them to management.

Requirements for a Medical Sales Representative:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Proven experience in medical sales within the field of diagnostics and laboratories.
    • Experience specifically in selling toxicology testing.
  • A thorough understanding of medical terminology and legislation.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
