About the Position:

The Operations Liaison will contribute to all aspects of production and administrative operations in construction. This individual will provide direct assistance to the Project Manager and General Manager in performing crucial administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth execution of all construction projects.

This position is essential for the branch’s operations, and the responsibilities of the Liaison include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the local office.
  • Oversee the phone system and train all staff members on its usage.
  • Act as a liaison with the Corporate Office, Project Managers, the sales team, trade partners, and material suppliers.
  • Organize paperwork and establish office procedures while maintaining files.
  • Procure and manage office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain an inventory of office and construction equipment for maintenance and repair purposes.
