Sales Rep

Our expanding Healthcare organization is recruiting multiple Sales Representatives across various locations in the United States!
As a Sales Rep, you will serve as the representative of our company to hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your assigned area, as well as to the discharged families. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads and facilitate move-ins to our communities from your existing accounts. We are searching for individuals who are eager, enthusiastic, and capable of establishing relationships with healthcare professionals. Additionally, you should be persistent in finding the most effective approaches to expand each account, in order to assist more families in finding the care they require.
Responsibilities
  • Operate in a rapidly evolving industry, aiding families in dire need of care to locate the appropriate community or in-home care agency as they transition out of hospitals or skilled nursing facilities.
  • Achieve your monthly target by generating qualified patient referrals on a daily basis from the accounts specified in your market plan.
  • Cultivate and grow your book of accounts to increase the volume of referrals in your assigned area.
  • Foster new connections within each account through networking, cold calling, and service presentations, and follow up with each referral source to reinforce the value we deliver.
  • Educate families on their care options and how they can collaborate with both you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to identify the most suitable senior living option when they are discharged.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet your target of families moving into a community or hiring in-home care.
  • Test and provide feedback on new initiatives, trials, and processes (e.g., account scoring, CRM changes) in your assigned area to enhance your available resources and tools.

Qualifications

  • A preferred minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least three years of experience in outside sales as an individual contributor.
  • A proven history of surpassing sales quotas and collaborating effectively with other teams to achieve results.
  • Successfully demonstrated experience in delivering presentations to target customers and overcoming objections.
  • Thrives in an independent, fast-paced, and adaptive environment, willing to take initiative, test new processes, and achieve objectives.
  • Keen to learn and improve with a highly competitive mindset.
  • Ability to travel locally in your assigned area (five days a week).
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or hospital sales is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

Additional Information

  • Schedule: You will be in the field on a daily basis, collaborating with your Regional Director to develop your weekly account plan. This involves building, nurturing, and expanding your accounts in order to achieve your monthly targets. Your fieldwork will include scheduled presentations, calls, and impromptu visits to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and discharged patients.
