Sales Rep

Our expanding Healthcare company is seeking multiple Sales Representatives in various locations across the United States! Highly sought-after locations include: Petaluma, CA, Miami, FL, Philadelphia, PA, Dallas, TX, and Denver, CO among others!
As a Sales Rep, you will be the main point of contact with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your assigned territory. You will also interact with families who are transitioning out of these facilities as we expand our business. Your main responsibility is to generate leads and facilitate move-ins to senior living communities from the accounts in your book. You should be driven, eager to establish relationships with healthcare professionals, and dedicated to finding effective strategies to grow each account in order to assist more families in finding the care they need.
About the Role

  • Work in a rapidly evolving industry and help families in urgent need of care find the ideal senior living community or in-home care agency as they transition out of hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
  • Meet your monthly target by generating daily qualified referrals from the accounts specified in your market plan
  • Develop, maintain, and expand your book of accounts to increase the number of referrals in your territory
  • Establish new contacts within each account through networking, cold calling, and service presentations. Follow up with each referral source to assess the outcome of their discharge and reinforce the value our company provides
  • Educate families about their care options and the process of working with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the appropriate senior living solution after discharge
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet your target goal of families moving into a community or hiring in-home care
  • Implement and provide feedback on new initiatives, tests, and processes (e.g. account scoring, CRM changes) within your territory to enhance the available tools and resources


  • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
  • Past success in surpassing sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to achieve targets
  • Proven ability to effectively present to potential customers and address objections
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to take initiative, test new procedures, and accomplish tasks
  • Strong desire to learn and improve, with a competitive mindset
  • Ability to travel locally within your territory on a daily basis (5 days per week)
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with individuals at all levels
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital sales is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM system (preferably Salesforce)

Additional Information


  • You will be in the field on a daily basis, working with your Regional Director to develop your account plan each week. Your primary goal is to build, nurture, and expand your accounts in order to meet your monthly targets
  • Your field work will involve scheduled presentations at accounts, phone calls, and spontaneous visits to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and patients who are being discharged
