Sales Rep

Our expanding Healthcare client is recruiting multiple Sales Representatives throughout the United States!
As a Sales Rep, you will serve as the face of the company for hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your assigned area, as well as families who are being discharged from these facilities. You will play a critical role in growing the business by generating leads and facilitating move-ins to communities from your established accounts. We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated, eager to build relationships with healthcare professionals, and persistent in finding the most effective strategies to expand each account, ultimately assisting more families in finding the care they require.
Responsibilities

  • Operate in a fast-paced, thriving industry to assist families in urgent need of care in finding the most suitable community or in-home care agency as they transition out of hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
  • Achieve monthly targets by generating qualified patient referrals on a daily basis from your assigned market plan accounts
  • Cultivate and expand your accounts to increase the volume of referrals in your designated territory
  • Establish new contacts within each account through networking, cold calling, and service presentations; follow up with each referral source to reinforce the value our company provides
  • Educate families on their care options and guide them through the process of finding the appropriate senior living option with the assistance of a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet the target quota of families moving into a community or hiring in-home care
  • Pioneer new initiatives, tests, and processes in your territory (e.g., account scoring, CRM changes) and provide feedback to enhance the tools and resources at your disposal

Qualifications

  • Preferably possess a bachelor’s degree
  • Have at least three years of individual contributor experience in outside sales
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of surpassing sales quotas and working effectively with other teams to achieve success
  • Possess strong presentation skills and the ability to overcome objections when communicating with target customers
  • Thrive in an independent, fast-paced, and dynamic environment; be willing to take on various tasks, experiment with new processes, and consistently deliver results
  • Show a strong appetite for learning and improvement combined with a competitive mindset
  • Be able to travel locally within your territory (five days a week)
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Have effective time management abilities
  • Prior experience in healthcare/hospital sales is highly desirable
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM system (Salesforce experience preferred)

Additional Information

Schedule

  • You will be actively in the field each day, collaborating with your Regional Director to develop your weekly account plan and nurture your accounts to achieve your monthly goals
  • Your fieldwork will consist of scheduled presentations at accounts, phone calls, and spontaneous visits to connect with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and recently discharged patients
