Sales Rep

Our expanding Healthcare company is seeking multiple Sales Representatives throughout the United States! Prominent locations include: Jacksonville, FL, Baltimore, MD, Fort Worth, TX, San Fernando Valley, CA, and Indianapolis, IN, among many others!
As a Sales Rep, you will represent our company to hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your assigned area, as well as families transitioning from these facilities. Your role will involve generating leads and facilitating move-ins to our communities from your accounts. We seek individuals who are ambitious, enthusiastic about building relationships with healthcare professionals, and determined to find effective strategies to expand each account to help more families find the care they require.
Responsibilities:

  • Operate in a fast-paced, growing industry, assisting families in urgent need of care to locate suitable senior living communities or in-home care agencies as they transition from hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
  • Achieve monthly quota by generating daily referrals of qualified patients from your designated market plan accounts
  • Build and grow your portfolio of accounts to increase referral volume in your assigned territory
  • Establish new contacts within each account through networking, cold calling, and service presentations, and follow up with each referral source to reinforce the value our company provides
  • Educate families on their care options and collaborate with a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to identify the right senior living solution upon discharge
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet monthly quota of families moving into a community or hiring in-home care
  • Implement and provide feedback on pilot initiatives, tests, and processes (e.g., account scoring, CRM changes) in your territory to enhance the available tools and resources

Qualifications:

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of three years of individual contributor outside sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to achieve goals
  • Proven ability to deliver presentations to target customers and overcome objections effectively
  • Thrives in an independent, change-oriented environment, willing to take initiative, test new processes, and go the extra mile
  • Strong desire for growth and improvement, with a highly competitive mindset
  • Availability to travel within your territory on a local basis (5 days a week)
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with stakeholders at all levels
  • Efficient time management abilities
  • Prior experience in healthcare/hospital sales highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Schedule:

  • Daily field work, collaborating with your Regional Director to develop your account plan each week, nurturing and expanding your accounts to meet monthly targets
  • Field work entails scheduled presentations at accounts, calls, and impromptu visits to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and patients being discharged
