Improvement Engineer

The Improvement Engineer will be responsible for creating, analyzing, documenting, and enhancing process flow and work methods. They will collaborate with various teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to eliminate waste in production processes. Additionally, they will lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive the adoption of Lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Clear documentation will be created to ensure effective procedures are followed by all team members.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
    • Two or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Two or more years’ experience utilizing continuous improvement techniques.
    • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to use structured problem-solving techniques.
