Job Summary

  • Lead the implementation of new rubber molded products for production
  • Analyze current rubber molding manufacturing processes to identify areas for enhancement
  • Develop and execute strategies for process optimization within the facility
  • Provide technical support to production teams by troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Lead and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, implementing methodologies such as DMAIC, Lean, and 5S
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process control plans


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience in the rubber or injection molding industry highly preferred
  • Proficient in process optimization
  • Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement manufacturing principles
  • Strong problem-solving and hands-on skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
