Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced individual who can provide leadership and expertise in implementing and managing the company’s performance system. As an Improvement Lead, you will guide the roll-out of the performance system and drive a cultural shift towards managing through pillars. You will also be responsible for coordinating and supporting plant pillar and platform leads, engaging all associates through mentoring and audits, monitoring the Sprint Plan timeline, and leading the Reliability Improvement Plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the company’s performance system best practices
  • Facilitate the cultural shift towards managing through pillars
  • Support plant pillar and platform leads
  • Mentor and audit associates
  • Ensure successful completion of the Sprint Plan
  • Lead the Reliability Improvement Plans and establish action plans
  • Coach teams in feedback and root cause analysis
  • Create a work culture of Autonomous Maintenance

Requirements:

  • Must possess a degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in plant manufacturing
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement environment
  • At least 5 years of experience in mentoring teams and individuals
  • Experience with root-cause analysis and data collection
