Sales Representative

Our expanding Healthcare client is recruiting multiple Sales Representatives across the United States!
As a Sales Representative, you will represent the company to hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your area, as well as to families being discharged from these facilities. In this role, your main responsibility is to generate leads and drive move-ins to communities from your accounts. We are looking for someone who is eager, enthusiastic about building relationships with healthcare professionals, and persistent in finding effective strategies to grow each account and assist more families in finding the care they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate in a rapidly growing industry, helping families in urgent need of care find suitable senior living communities or in-home care agencies as they transition out of hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
  • Meet your monthly target of families selecting a senior care option by generating qualified patient referrals from designated accounts in your market
  • Develop, manage, and expand your accounts to increase referral volume within your territory
  • Cultivate new contacts in each account through networking, cold calling, and service presentations, maintaining follow-up with every referral source to reinforce the company’s value
  • Educate families on their care options and guide them on how to work with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the suitable senior living solution upon discharge
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to achieve your target of families moving into a community or hiring in-home care services
  • Pilot new initiatives, tests, and processes (such as account scoring and CRM changes) in your territory, providing feedback to enhance the available tools and resources

Qualifications:

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have at least three years of experience in outside sales as an individual contributor
  • Demonstrate a track record of surpassing sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to achieve this
  • Proven ability to deliver presentations to target customers and overcome objections
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, willingly embracing change and being proactive in testing new processes and completing tasks
  • Show an eagerness to learn and improve, with a strong competitive drive
  • Be willing to travel locally in your territory (five days a week)
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
  • Exhibit strong time management skills
  • Preference for candidates with healthcare or hospital sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)

Additional Information:

Schedule:

  • You will be in the field on a daily basis, working with your Regional Director to develop your account plan each week, nurturing and expanding your accounts to meet your monthly targets
  • Your fieldwork will involve scheduled presentations at accounts, phone calls, and impromptu visits to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and the discharged patients
