The Role

  • The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing project operations and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • You will manage all aspects of construction operations, from subcontractor selection and contracts to safety and scheduling.
  • Negotiating with contractors and vendors, as well as site development and production, will be a key part of the role.
  • Close communication with clients, homeowners, and office staff is essential to ensure the highest level of service and quality.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a proven track record in managing residential construction projects, particularly in scattered lot building.
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects concurrently, with average home prices around $425,000 in total construction costs.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of successful experience in residential operations and project leadership within the custom construction field.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of effective construction management.
  • Excellent team-building abilities and outstanding communication skills with customers and owners.

Compensation and Benefits
