PEO Sales Representative

Position: PEO Sales Representative

Our company, a certified PEO, has been in operation for over two decades. We are seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to expand our market share and drive organizational growth by closing new business deals.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home anywhere in California. We are specifically looking for a results-oriented individual with a track record of success in sales (such as consecutive President’s Clubs and awards). Please note: This role does not involve managing or directing others.

Responsibilities:

* Capitalize on your extensive network and establish new business opportunities

* Conduct research to identify and develop potential clients

* Prospect for new clients through email, phone calls, office visits, networking events, and referrals (your own book of business will be given priority)

* Schedule appointments to present our services to key decision makers

* Manage the entire sales process including needs analysis, proposal presentation, technology demonstration, negotiation, and closing

* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Experience:

* Bachelor’s Degree

* Over 3 years of consultative B2B selling experience

* Proven ability to generate leads and prospect for new business

You will also receive mileage reimbursement and a $75 monthly cell phone payment.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $100k, residual commissions (for the lifetime of the account), and quarterly company bonuses. Top-performing salespeople can earn over $250k in their first year (with the highest earners exceeding $300k).
