Healthcare Sales Representative

Our expanding Healthcare organization is hiring over 80 Account Executives throughout the United States!
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, representing us to hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your designated area, and assisting families as they transition out of these facilities. Your responsibility will be to generate leads and encourage move-ins to communities from your existing accounts. We are seeking individuals who are driven, eager to build relationships within the healthcare industry, and persistent in finding effective strategies to grow each account and aid more families in finding the care they require.

  • Operate in a fast-paced, expanding sector, assisting families in urgent need of care to find suitable community or in-home care agencies as they transition out of hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
  • Achieve your monthly target quota by generating qualified patient referrals daily from the accounts assigned to you according to the market plan
  • Develop, manage, and expand your portfolio of accounts to increase the number of referrals in your designated area
  • Establish new contacts within each account by networking, making cold calls, and delivering service presentations. Follow up with each referral source to reinforce the value our company provides through discharge outcomes
  • Educate families on their care options and guide them in working with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the appropriate senior living option upon their discharge
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to achieve your target quota of families who move into a community or hire in-home care services
  • Implement new initiatives, tests, and processes (such as account scoring and CRM changes) in your designated area. Provide feedback to enhance the tools and resources at your disposal


  • Preferred bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of individual contributor experience in outside sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to achieve success
  • Demonstrated skill in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willing to test new processes
  • Strong desire to learn and improve, with a competitive mindset
  • Ability to travel locally within your designated area (five days a week)
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

Additional Information

  • Schedule:
    You will be in the field every day, collaborating with your Regional Director to develop your account plan each week. This includes nurturing and expanding your accounts to achieve your monthly targets. Your field work will involve scheduled presentations at accounts, calls, and impromptu visits to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and patients upon their discharge from facilities
