Sales Rep

Our expanding Healthcare organization is seeking Sales Representatives throughout the United States!
As a Sales Rep, you will represent the company to hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your area, as well as families being discharged from these facilities. Your main responsibility is to generate leads and facilitate move-ins to communities from your existing accounts. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, eager to establish relationships with healthcare professionals, and persistent in finding the most effective strategies to expand each account and assist more families in finding the care they need.
Your Responsibilities

  • Operate in a fast-paced, growing sector to assist families in urgent need of care to find suitable senior living communities or in-home care agencies as they transition out of hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
  • Achieve your monthly target quota by generating daily qualified patient referrals from your designated accounts in your market plan
  • Develop, maintain, and expand your accounts to increase the number of referrals in your territory
  • Establish new contacts within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations. Follow up with each referral source to reinforce the value our company provides
  • Educate families on their care options and explain how they will work with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the right senior living option upon discharge
  • Collaborate with your partner Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet the target quota for families moving into communities or hiring in-home care services
  • Test and implement new initiatives, processes, and tools (e.g., account scoring, CRM changes) in your territory. Provide feedback to enhance existing resources

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of individual contributor experience in outside sales
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and successful collaboration with other teams to achieve these targets
  • Proven experience in presenting to target customers and effectively addressing objections
  • Ability to thrive in an independent, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Willingness to try new processes and work hands-on to complete tasks
  • Strong desire to learn and improve with a competitive mindset
  • Availability for local travel in your territory (five days a week)
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Prior experience in healthcare/hospital sales is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)

Additional Information

Schedule

  • You will be in the field daily, collaborating with your Regional Director to develop your weekly account plan. This involves nurturing and expanding your accounts to achieve monthly targets
  • Your fieldwork will include scheduled presentations at accounts, calls, and impromptu visits to meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and discharged patients
