Maintenance Shift Tech

Our company is looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to provide support to the cell/area in order to achieve high levels of productivity, quality, and safety for customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties:

– Maintain production equipment in optimal condition

– Perform and track preventative maintenance activities

– Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues

– Train associates in equipment usage

– Manage inventory of replacement parts

– Perform oil changes as needed

– Follow maintenance procedures

Qualifications:

– 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

– Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various equipment issues

Physical Requirements:

– Standing or walking for long periods of time

– Lifting objects up to 35lbs

– Reaching above/below shoulder and forward

Working Conditions:

– Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts

– No loose-fitting clothing allowed around machinery

– Occasional exposure to extreme heat and vibration

– Moderate noise levels in the work environment

– Occasional outdoor work
