Sales Representative – Hospice / Home Health

Responsibilities:

• Seek out and engage with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners to promote our unique programs and services in Hospice or Home Health.
• Establish and cultivate lasting relationships with referral sources and potential partners.

Qualifications:

• Must have local connections and an established network of referral sources.
• Demonstrated success in promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with a diverse range of referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven, stable work history with verifiable performance

Experience:

• Prior experience in Hospice and/or Home Health Sales required (minimum of 2 years).
