Sales Representative - Hospice / Home Health

Territory: Plano, TX - Collin County

Both service lines can be sold, each with its own bonus compensation plans. We accept many insurance plans!

Competitive base salary and attractive bonus opportunities. Seeking Sales Representatives for both home health and hospice.

Responsibilities:

• Dynamic sales and marketing professionals with compassion and high energy
• Promote our unique programs and services for hospice or home health by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with hospitals, physicians, nursing facilities, and other community partners who may refer to hospice.

Qualifications:

• Must be local with established referral sources
• Demonstrated track record in promoting hospice and/or home health services - minimum of 2 years of successful experience required.
• Ability to cultivate and expand relationships with various referral sources
• Familiarity with Contact Management software
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working independently
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Consistent work history with verified performance

Experience:

• 2 or more years of hospice and/or home health sales experience (REQUIRED)
