You will play a crucial role in creating project scopes, developing cost proposals, and negotiating contract terms to meet client expectations. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Cultivate strong client relationships, supervise survey team members, and maintain quality control throughout each project. Effective communication and collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders are key to success.

Experience and skills required:

• Arizona Registered Land Surveyor (RLS).
• Minimum 10 years of land surveying experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Public Land Survey System, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, municipal survey requirements, and ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standards.
• Proficiency in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record.
