We are currently seeking a skilled Civil or Environmental Engineer in Billings, MT with a background in Civil Engineering, focusing on water resources, environmental, geotechnical, or transportation engineering. This position offers a diverse range of projects within the civil engineering, environmental engineering, water resources, geotechnical, and transportation sectors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams on various planning, design, and construction initiatives

• Participate in hydraulic and hydrologic design, irrigation systems, reservoirs, and water resources assignments

• Aid in environmental and geotechnical permitting and evaluation

• Create plans, technical specifications, quantity schedules, and bid packages

• Engage in surveying, public relations, and construction engineering tasks

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software for design and project documentation

• Travel as required for project commitments

Requirements

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Montana or ability to obtain within 6 months

• 6–15 years of experience in civil engineering

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance

• Proficient technical abilities and computer literacy; familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is beneficial

• Self-driven, proactive, and adept at communication
