Medical Devices Client Director
We are currently seeking a Relationship Director for our expanding medical device client in Boston, MA. This role will involve 70% travel and can be done remotely.
As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for creating effective strategies to engage with clinicians, hospitals, and academic institutes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to strengthen relationships with key healthcare professionals, clinicians, hospitals, and specialists.
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with leading physicians, healthcare institutions, and KOLs.
- Work with KOLs to create content that promotes best practices in patient care and educates clinicians.
- Lead an ongoing speaker program to demonstrate the value of products in clinical settings.
- Oversee the development and delivery of educational content and training programs for healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce digital content such as expert interviews, case studies, and success stories.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD, MD).
- 5+ years of experience in clinical, medical device, biotech, or pharma industries.
- 7+ years of experience in professional relations, medical affairs, or healthcare marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with KOLs, physicians, academic institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in organizing educational programs and speaker engagements.
- Strong analytical skills to translate customer feedback and market trends into business strategies.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-50% nationally and dive into the details of the role.
