Responsibilities:

• Create and sustain solid referral partnerships with medical facilities, doctors, elder communities, and other healthcare providers.
• Market our home health specialized services through face-to-face sales visits, presentations, and community functions.
• Achieve and surpass monthly admissions targets by implementing a focused sales strategy.
• Act as a reliable link between referral sources and our care team, ensuring seamless client enrollment.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare sales, ideally in home care, home health, or hospice.
• Solid local healthcare network and skills in building relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.
• Current driver’s license and dependable transportation
