§ Title: Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel | Mid-Level Associate
Practice Area: Complex Business Litigation and Advocacy
§ Location: Oklahoma City, OK
§ Salary: $165,000 to $215,000 Base Salary (Depending on experience; inclusive of an excellent benefits package and performance-based incentives)
§ Schedule: Full-time, Direct-Hire, Minimum 1,850 hours annual billed

§ Duties:
The chosen candidate will be involved in a fast-paced setting, playing a key role in a variety of complex commercial disputes. This role is suited for someone who enjoys the intellectual challenges of high-stakes advocacy and wants to have a significant role in decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities include:
⨖ Creating comprehensive litigation strategies for a diverse client base, such as financial institutions, energy companies, and mid-sized businesses.
⨖ Managing the entire file lifecycle, from initial intake to trial or alternative dispute resolution.
⨖ Crafting compelling pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs requiring analytical precision and persuasive skills.
⨖ Conducting depositions and defending key witnesses and experts, ensuring the client's interests are vigorously protected.
⨖ Representing clients in state and federal courtrooms, handling hearings, conferences, and trial proceedings professionally.
§ Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this prestigious role.
⨖ Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record.
⨖ Active license to practice law in Oklahoma, in good standing.
⨖ Four (4) to Six (6) years of experience in complex commercial litigation, preferably in a large firm or high-end boutique setting.
⨖ Proven track record in all phases of the discovery process and significant trial preparation contributions.
⨖ Strong writing and research skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical advice.
§ Skills:
The following qualities and experiences are highly desirable and will set top candidates apart.
⨖ Substantive experience in the Oil and Gas industry, particularly in royalty disputes or regulatory matters, is a plus.
⨖ Experience leading courtroom proceedings or arbitrations is preferred.
⨖ Advanced proficiency in e-discovery platforms and modern litigation technologies.
⨖ Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
