The Quality Control Specialist will uphold the company's quality standards by ensuring that manufactured components meet specifications and regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring product quality, analyzing defects, implementing corrective actions, and continuously improving the production process.

• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
• Develop and optimize procedures to support quality and environmental systems.
• Troubleshoot product processes to enhance optimization.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer and quality issues.
• Review drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Track KPI’s for product and supplier performance.
• Conduct internal audits for continual improvement.
• Update work instructions and documents.
• Lead problem-solving investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in product launch and validation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Evaluate statistical data and generate reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Engineering
• 2+ years of quality related experience.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge working with ISO 9001 or equivalent management systems.
