Food Safety Manager

Manage food safety and quality control procedures in a busy beverage production setting. This position ensures adherence to guidelines, assists production teams, and fosters continuous enhancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise QA/QC protocols and ensure regulatory conformity
  • Carry out inspections, audits, and product examinations
  • Address quality concerns and customer feedback
  • Supervise hold/rework procedures and records
  • Provide training on quality assurance standards and food safety protocols
  • Collaborate with production for enhanced quality and productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related field
  • 5+ years of QA experience in the food industry (leadership experience desirable)
  • HACCP/PCQI certification required; BPC certification preferred or ability to obtain
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety, auditing, and quality systems

Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary range of $77,000–$116,000 plus bonus
