We’re looking for a talented individual to join a dynamic company in Indianapolis, IN within the industrial refrigeration industry. They are in need of an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to completion
• Create project plans and manage all aspects of project execution
• Track costs and maintain project profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer requirements
• Collaborate with customers to identify needs and propose solutions
• Develop estimates, budgets, and quotes
• Provide guidance to team members and improve project practices

Requirements

• Background in engineering or construction management
• Experience in managing industrial projects
• Familiarity with project planning tools
• Ability to balance cost, profitability, and customer service
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems is a plus
• Understanding of safety regulations
• Proficiency in project management software
• PMP certification is advantageous
• Experience with project management tools is beneficial
