Therapist supervisor for clinical work

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team at an outpatient facility in Salinas, CA.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Must hold a valid CA license
  • Minimum of one year of experience in mental health
  • Treat a diverse patient population with various mental health conditions
  • Full-time position with outpatient responsibilities
  • Work schedule is Monday to Friday with no weekends or evenings
  • Strictly outpatient setting
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000
  • Potential for a bonus of up to $20,000 annually
  • Employer covers 100% of benefits
  • Includes 401(k), dental, health, and life insurance
  • 5 weeks of paid time off
  • Vision insurance and $2000 CME allowance
  • Relocation assistance and license reimbursement available
