REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least 8 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax, including corporate, partnership, individual, trusts and estate planning, and addressing complex tax issues.
• Preferably have experience in Construction and/or Real Estate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with various accounting software
• Strong time management abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients
• CPA or law degree is mandatory

DUTIES

• Collaborate closely with clients and team members to deliver innovative and proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for individuals and businesses
• Expertise in individual and business tax returns, with a focus on flow through entities
• Ensure client and team satisfaction by maintaining open communication, meeting deadlines, and sharing tax savings strategies proactively
• Collaborate with leadership and staff on client management, professional development, and business development projects
• Oversee and guide associate and senior associate team members to manage responsibilities and deadlines for client engagements
• Enhance skills to attract new clients, market services, and expand business with existing clients
• Stay updated on legislative or professional changes and provide guidance to clients on potential impacts
• Engage in client development through networking events and represent the firm professionally in the business community
• Exemplify a firm commitment to the Company's Culture and Values and Client Service Principles
• Demonstrate strong communication, intuitive, and resourcefulness to inspire others to develop similar skills

BENEFITS

• • Salary: $145,000 - $185,000/year + Annual Bonus
