You will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and establishing new connections. Your role will involve taking charge of the recruitment process by identifying, searching for, and engaging qualified candidates through research, networking, and targeted outreach.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Staffing Specialist, Recruiter, or Corporate Recruiter, preferably with an executive search firm or staffing agency

• Proven track record of placing candidates in permanent, contract, and temporary positions

• Familiarity with recruitment in fields such as Accounting, Engineering, Healthcare, Legal, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, or Technical is advantageous

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High level of energy, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a determination to achieve goals
