Sales Private Pay Home Care

Roles:

• Foster referral expansion through establishing connections with hospital discharge personnel such as social workers and RN case managers, local Rehab facilities, and Physicians.

• Attend and represent the agency at various community and healthcare functions

• Collaborate with branch management and clinical operations to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven track record of generating referrals for home care clients. Emphasis on private pay preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years in sales within the home care industry

• Excellent communication, networking, and organizational abilities

• Proficiency with sales CRM software
