Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on commercial construction sites
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, schedules, materials, and site activities
• Ensure projects are on track with safety guidelines and project plans
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and field teams
• Monitor job site quality, safety, progress, and project execution
• Address field issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain open communication with internal teams and project stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction, particularly with education or healthcare institutions
• Leadership experience in field operations or readiness for a manager role
• Strong understanding of job site coordination, schedules, safety procedures, and quality control
• Ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, owners, and internal teams
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction safety protocols
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus, but not required with relevant field experience
• Preference for candidates located in the Columbus area, but open to considering relocation

This position is not suitable for individuals with a background mainly in residential, multifamily, short-term projects, or military construction without private-sector exposure.
