We are seeking a talented CNC Service Technician to join a leading CNC Machine Tool Builder in Cincinnati, OH. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of CNC machine tools at customer sites across the country. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, along with exceptional diagnostic abilities, are essential for this role. Duties

• Install new CNC systems with all accessories

• Conduct machine checks and adjustments for optimal performance

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues

• Identify causes and recommend solutions for repairs or replacements

• Provide technical support via various communication channels

• Assist customers and internal teams with technical guidance

• Offer training and help with project coordination

• Support events and trade shows as needed

• Maintain detailed service records

• Travel extensively, including weekends

• Perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machine tool service

• 5+ years of remote technical support experience in the industry

• Proven expertise in installing and servicing machining centers

• Strong PLC programming knowledge

• Experience with FANUC control systems

• Understanding of power circuits and industrial electrical systems

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ability to travel extensively and work independently
