Senior Electrical Design Specialist

- Applicants must possess an Engineering Degree with a specialization in Electrical studies.
- Proficiency in CAD (including Drafting) is a mandatory requirement, and having PMP certification is considered a significant advantage.
- Prior experience in leading and participating in Capital Projects is essential.
- Performance-related bonuses are provided in addition to the base salary.
We are in need of a seasoned Electrical Engineer with expertise in managing Capital Projects and actively participating in them. In this position, the selected individual will be deeply involved in multiple ongoing projects, overseeing their coordination and successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the entire project lifecycle, from inception to successful commissioning.
- Offer guidance and supervision throughout the project, encompassing cost estimation and scheduling.
- Supervise the creation of drawings or create them personally as required for all allocated projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies for all personnel involved.
- Collaborate with various entities including external vendors, engineering firms, and internal teams to effectively manage project execution.
- Demonstrate proactive leadership, overseeing equipment and staff to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage projects, providing updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the corrugated industry.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, including drafting skills.
- Possession of PMP certification is advantageous.
