Key Responsibilities:

• Create programs using Mastercam software
• Operate CNC lathe machines with live tooling and set up for machining parts
• Ensure all machined parts meet customer specifications
• Verify machine settings and part measurements
• Inspect and measure machined parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications
• Adjust machine settings to maintain tolerances
• Document production and quality actions
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow company processes, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC lathe programming, set-up, and operation

• Proficiency in Mastercam programming
• Use of measuring instruments such as gauges, micrometers, and calipers
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Understanding of CNC programming for part verification
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
