In addition, they will be responsible for managing a team of construction professionals and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in the custom homebuilding industry. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, as well as the ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly.
