Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Quick Serve Restaurant team in Carlisle, PA. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and be able to effectively manage a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and oversee staff performance
• Train and mentor new employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items and customer service expectations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment to ensure a positive dining experience for customers

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a management role within the food service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
